This year OAESA has partnered wtih OASSA to bring you an exciting year of professional development. This is just one of our offerings: Beginning Administrators Academy* Sept. 11 & 12, 2012 Who should attend? If you are beginning your first job as an administrator, this academy is crucial. Join fellow administrators for two days filled with strategies and information you need to kick off your new career successfully. Topics include, but are not limited to, special education, school safety, hiring & firing, evaluation, contracts, curriculum, and leadership. Keynote speaker Mike Gallina, will lead the conference with an inspiring presentation about Collaborative Leadership, and a panel of experienced administrators will give you insight about what to expect in your new role. There will be time for networking and relationship building. Principal Standards 1—5. Cost for Members: $225
