Beginning Administrators Academy* 
Dec. 10 & 11, 2012

Okay, so you’ve been serving as building leader for the past few months. You are settling into the position, but you still have so many questions. We are here to help you continue your journey during this crucial first year. If you attended the Sept. workshop, this is a perfect follow-up as we explore your new career more in-depth. Missed the first one? We can help you get on track and successfully complete your first year as principal. Topics include, but are not limited to, special education, school safety, hiring & firing, evaluation, contracts, curriculum, and leadership. And, of course, there will be plenty of time for networking and relationship building. Principal Standards 1—5.
