About Us
Standards-Aligned Instructional Leadership (SAIL) for Education SAIL is a two-year comprehensive professional development program aimed at developing principals, administrators, and teacher leaders as effective instructional leaders. SAIL blends traditional face-to-face experiences with progressive online supplemental learning, collaborative networking, and coaching/mentoring.
Our program is:
- Standards-Aligned (ISLLC, NCLB, NSDC,
Academic Content Standards, etc.) - Job Embedded
- Action Research Based
- Learning through Simulated Experiences
- Collaborative Environment
- Community of Continuous Learners

Vision
The vision of SAIL for Education is to develop educators as instructional leaders in order to increase the academic achievement of each student.
